Craig Marotz is recognized by
Continental Who’s Who among Business Leaders. Craig is Program Manager of the Professional Services Department at Sensitech, Inc., a leading provider of cold chain visibility solutions for monitoring temperature-sensitive products.
As Program Manager, Craig is responsible for providing cold chain visibility solutions, such as ongoing continuous improvement programs. These programs cater to Sensitech’s National and International customers who operate vertically integrated food businesses. Craig ensures that Sensitech’s hardware and software demonstrates integrity, freshness, and efficacy in regards to temperature-sensitive goods.
Craig has spent his career working throughout the food supply chain. Prior to joining Sensitech, Craig held National and International positions with major companies such as McDonalds, Fresh Express, Sara Lee, and Burger King. Craig’s work with McDonalds is extremely noteworthy as he worked Internationally to develop a multi-product supply system for restaurant openings in Moscow, Beijing, Tel Aviv, Cairo and New Delhi. These measures were so successful that Craig has co-authored a book about the opening of the Moscow McDonalds location, entitled, Beeg Mak.
Craig is a member of many prestigious Professional organizations including the Western Agricultural Economics Association (WAEA), American Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA), Produce Marketing Association, United Fresh Produce Association, and he Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association.
Furthermore, Craig was recently honored as an Outstanding Agricultural Economist by the Western Economics Association in 2010.
Craig received his Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Washington State University, as well s his Bachelor’s Degree in the same field of study from the University of Idaho.
