Larry Kulchawik is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Marketing and Exhibition Professionals. Larry is the Director of 3D Exhibits International.
As Director, Larry is responsible for assisting foreign companies in U.S. tradeshows, as well as assisting U.S. companies outside of North America. Larry is also responsible for trade show marketing and exhibit design, two areas in which he is extremely knowledgeable.
Larry is a member of many prestigious professional organizations including, International Federation Exhibition Services (IFES), Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR); and (UFI) the World Organization for Exposition Industry. Additionally, Larry served as President of the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association (EDPA)in the USA, where he started the first Masters Degree program in exhibit design at FIT in 2001, and also served as team leader to write the first standards for safety in the exposition industry with Underwriters Laboratory.
Larry has received vast recognition for his dedication to, and success in, the exhibit design industry. These awards and honors include, the Hazel Hayes Award, the highest honor in the U.S. tradeshow industry; the Roger Taurant Award, the highest honor in the International tradeshow industry; the Ambassador Award, given yearly to those who promote the tradeshow industry; and the President’s Unity Award, given by the world’s largest exhibit company- Exhibitgroup: Giltspur.
In addition to his work in the exhibition industry, Larry finds time to give back to the community. He volunteers his time with Chicago-based Cabrini Connection, as well as contributes to future generations of exhibition and marketing professionals through speaking engagements at FIT, located in New York City.
Larry received his BFA in Design and Architecture from Southern Illinois University.
