Prior to founding Stratmark, Claude held the position of owner-operator of a Quebec company involved in the manufacture of highly specialized papers, with sales in 60 countries. From 1990 to 1997, he served respectively as Vice-President of the restructuring and Vice President and General Manager, Strategic Initiatives, International Development and Technology transfer to Domtar Inc. Prior to joining Domtar, he served as president of Noma Inc. United States, Tennessee and served on the board of directors of Noma Industries Ltd. In Toronto, he is credited as the architect of the restructuring and disposition strategic Noma Outdoor Products, an entity that had revenues of 250 million USD. His previous career ladder led him to run BF Goodrich Canada, Chemical Group and was Vice President Integration in Akron Ohio, to drive the merger of Uniroyal Goodrich Tires and Michelin sales in 1986. |
