Mr. Sizemore has 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, and experience with multiple industry systems (ERP, HCM and Business Process Transformation). He has served 3 years in his current position.Throughout his executive career, Michael has held key leadership positions at Peak Cybernetics, HCTec, MedAssets, MedeAnalytics, Medical Reimbursements of America, Inc., TN HFMA, Community Health Systems, Sheridan Healthcare, HealthNet Systems Consulting, Obsidian Solutions Inc, Central Peninsula Health and Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. In 2015, Michael started a business and technology consulting firm from the ground up, with a focus on HCM and ERP systems, Digital Transformation and Business Process Transformation, called Peak Cybernetics. Prior to founding Peak Cybernetics Michael did about five years of independent consulting. He helped structure teams, build out plans, timelines, and budgets and then executed them with precision and exactness. He was at one of the largest for-profit healthcare systems managing their keystone project with Ernst and Young (EY), and three other consulting agencies to standup a shared services center for over 200 separate hospital entities spread across the United States.
