Mr. Sullivan served in the US Army from 1954 to 1956 and has a lifelong connection to his service with memberships to the Michigan Armed Forces Veterans Club, The American Legion and the National Armed Forces Veterans Club. President of “Tip of the Thumb” Dance Club; Served as the president of the Tip of the Thumb Dance Club since 2005 and of the Bad Axe Lion Club on several occasions; Served his community with active roles in the 4-H Club, The American Legion, Lions Club International and the Knights of Columbus. He was also elected Treasurer of COLFAX TWP 1979-1989. |

James has 60 years of experience in his field. In his career, he worked as a rural letter carrier with the United States Postal Service from 1982 to 1998 and was a member and investor in a number of companies such as Moneysports.com, GNLD International, ASEA, Alka Viva Distributor and Primerica Financial Services. |
