Mr. Wagner earned a BA from the University of Florida in 1955. And then following his military service he completed a JD with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1960. |

In his free time he enjoys boating and traveling. He/’s been to 110 different countries. |

He started his career in the U.S. Air Force where he spent 10 years and was an intelligence officer and served to the rank of captain. He then founded Wagner Cunningham & Vaughan. He is now semi-retired but still continues to represent clients in personal injury wrongful death aviation and products liability cases. He is a Pilot and owned his own plane and helicopter up to about 5 years ago, when he decided it was time for him to hang up his wings. |

Mr. Wagner was honored with a 2012 Eagle Legend Award from the Florida Justice Association was a 2011 Selected Counsel of the American Law Institute and was granted the 1992 Perry Nichols Award from the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers to name a few of the many recognitions he has received. |
