Ms. Van Nest is an expert at guiding women to create the life they want, and go for it. |

She volunteered with a group for the deaf and hard of hearing, helping them with sewing projects. She belongs to her local Chamber of Commerce, and Toastmasters. Currently, she is running a fundraiser where ½ the proceeds will go to the Down Syndrome Association. |

She started her business 9 years ago. Prior to that she was in education for 38 years. |

She earned her Masters’ degree in Education from the University of Toronto. She also trained at the Coaches Training Institute for her certification in Coaching. |

In her free time she enjoys cross country skiing, kayaking, and exercising. |

She is a certified Certified Professional Co-Active Coach A Certified Associate Coach through the International Coach Federation and a Group Certified Coach. She also holds a Second Degree of Reiki. |

Ms.Van Nest started her Life Coaching business in 2012, after she retired from teaching. She leads workshops, retreats, and speaks to women about how their inner self-talk can hold them back. |
